Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the learning service will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
Refund on discounted or subsidized learning service fees is not applicable for refund. The only option is to change the course.
2. For Instructor-Led Training:
Raise refund request within seven days of purchase of learning service.
Money-back guarantee is void if the participant has logged into the learning service or has attended Online Classrooms/received recordings for more than one day.
Any refund request beyond 7 days of purchasing the learning service will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
Refund on discounted or subsidized learning service fees is not applicable. The only option is to change the course.
A refund on a batch rescheduled by the participant is not applicable.
If fee submission is made via EMI portal or through the Edu loan process refund is not applicable.
A refund is not applicable if the fee is submitted in part payments or a token amount is paid to reserve the seat.
Cancellation & Refunds:
Labdox, reserves the right to postpone/cancel a learning service or change the location of an event because of insufficient enrolments, instructor illness or force majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.)
If Labdox cancels a learning service, 100% of learning service fees will be refunded to the learners if the refund raise request is within ten days of purchase. However, travel, logistics or any personal expense incurred by learners/participants will not be refunded.
If Labdox cancels/postpones a learning service, the learners ahead of 10 days of purchase will be rescheduled to any upcoming classroom batch without any extra charges. They will be rescheduled to the live virtual class if they prefer something other than classroom training.
If a cancellation is made by a learner 10 business days (or more) before the event/session/class, 10% of the total paid fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the delegate.
If a cancellation is made by a delegate within ten business days (or less) of the event, no refunds will be made.

Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the delegate will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 10 working days post intimation by the customer.
Labdox reserves the right to revise the terms & conditions of this policy without any prior notice.
Note: All refunds will be processed within ten working days after Labdox approves the refund request.
